Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Glasgow, G2 6TS Salary: GBP22,010.56 Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full time 37 hours, Monday to Friday Role Summary You #39;ll be working within our Occupational Health administration team, providing systems and other support services, helping us deliver and maintain the highest standards of administration and customer service to our clients. Main Duties and Responsibilities Dealing with inbound and outbound calls Processing client inbox queries Reviewing complex clinical diaries to book clinical appointments in accordance with contract KPI #39;s Prepare send reports following GDPR guidelines. Reviewing and updating internal Cohort management system Processing incoming mail and updating the systems accurately Scanning, filing and photocopying Processing invoices Working closely with clinical and administrative colleagues Ad hoc duties as required Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role Previous Administration experience Able to take the initiative and prioritise workload Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail IT literacy: Able to confidently use MS Word, Excel and Outlook What Can We Offer You?
