Cover supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor you will help us continue to support some fantastic secondary schools across Loughborough. To be a Cover Supervisor with Aspire People you will need: *UK degree or Relevant experience working with young people (Sports Coach, Scout Leader etc.) *The ability to engage students and manage behaviour in a classroom setting. *Good communication skills *Empathy and care when dealing with students. *A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.
