Administrator

Berry Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a company based in Totton that specialise in designing and producing computer based systems. This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30 with a 1 hour lunch break. Salary is between GBP22,500 and GBP24,000 depending on experience. The main purpose of this role is to support the manager with all administration duties. Main Duties: Ensuring all site paperwork is correct before contractors go onto sites Helping with audits Produce accurate and well presented documents including costings, bill of materials and project plans Answering telephone/email queries Candidate Skills: Administration experience is essential Attention to detail Experience using Microsoft ExcelPlease APPLY NOW or contact Rachael at the Southampton office for more details!!
