Responsibilities: * Conduct electrical repairs and installations in social housing properties. * Ensure all work complies with IEE regulations. * Perform inspection and testing of electrical systems. * Provide excellent customer service to tenants. * Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Requirements: * Working knowledge of IEE regulations. * City Guilds 2360 and 2382 qualifications. * Inspection and Testing Certificate (2391). * Strong customer service skills. * Experience working with a housing company. Benefits: * Annual Wage: Starting at GBP36,000, with potential to earn up to GBP42,000 OTE. * Company Car: Provided with a fuel card. * Pension: 8% - 10% contribution. * Wellness: Access to a gym and other perks. * Tools: All necessary tools provided (hand tools not included). * Holidays: 30 days holiday, plus 1 lieu day and 8 bank holidays. * On-Call: Paid on-call duties, regardless.
