Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and contribute to the business #39;s success. * GBP32,000 Circa * 3 days office/2 days from Home * Based in Hertfordshire Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain the organisation #39;s technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networks. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and resolving problems promptly. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and maintenance of software applications. * Install and configure software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. * Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions, ensuring data security and privacy. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. * Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
