This role is all about providing specialist nursing support, taking the reins in the Home Manager #39;s absence, and coaching colleagues to deliver unparalleled empathetic care. As a Deputy Home Manager, you #39;ll be rewarded with a salary of GBP36,836 and GBP39,239.
