Residential property solicitor

Our client is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their team in Canterbury, Kent. You will take on an already existing caseload of varied Residential Property matters with full responsibility of each file from appointment through to completion. You will have the independence to manage your caseload under minimal supervision and be given autonomy to liaise with clients and external resources. Key Duties bull; Buying and selling residential property bull; Reviewing and drafting terms and conditions bull; Reviewing and drafting asset purchase agreements and share purchase agreements bull; Drafting and reviewing shareholders #39; agreements and partnership agreements bull; Dealing with companies house formalities bull; Working and recent knowledge of the Companies Act The successful applicant must have: bull; The ideal candidate will have 2+ years PQE in Residential Property. bull; Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. bull; Excellent communication skills. bull; Must be able to provide courteous, prompt, and impressive service to clients. bull; Experience in a broad range of residential matters. bull; IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems. bull; Commercial and financial awareness. bull; Preferable if based locally with some client following.
