Civil structural lead engineer

H MV Engineering are a certified Carbon Neutral Organisation, committed to being environmentally responsible with a driving ambition to continually foster Key responsibilities include: * Leading a team of civil and structural engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget * Developing and implementing structural design concepts in accordance with industry standards and specifications * Conducting site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and make recommendations for improvements * Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to coordinate design and construction efforts * Reviewing and approving designs, drawings, and calculations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers * Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities Qualifications: * Bachelor #39;s or Master #39;s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering * Professional engineering license (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification preferred * Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on project management * Strong knowledge of structural analysis software, building codes, and industry standards * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated and talented engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality civil and structural engineering solutions, we encourage you to apply for the Civil Structural Lead Engineer position at H MV Engineering UK
