Logistics Administrator Telford Permanent GBP25k - GBP30k ndash; Depending on experience Monday to Friday Days Prince are working with a successful manufacturing business in Telford who are looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator. You will be working alongside the Logistics Manager to complete day to day tasks such as processing parts for dispatch across the UK and globally. You will also be liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations and transportation bookings, assisting with export of goods, and preparing export documentation. Our client is looking for a good administration candidate who can build and maintain relationships and has good written and verbal communication skills. They are able to provide training and have progression opportunities available. The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for: * Supporting the Logistics Manager with a variety of tasks * Processing products for dispatch via customer portal systems * Liaising with suppliers and couriers to obtain quotations and booking in transportation * Assisting with exportation of goods across the UK and globally * Producing appropriate export documentation and certificates of origin Skills and Experience * Experience with logistics and dispatch would be ideal * Experience working within a fast-paced office environment * Able to build and maintain working relationships * Good written and verbal communication skills * Computer literate ndash; Outlook/ Word / Excel and Sage would be beneficial * Attention to detail * This role would suit someone who has previously worked as a Logistics Administrator / Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Export Administrator / Dispatch Coordinator The application process: Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
