Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works/Refurbs North West London Full-Time, Permanent Salary GBP35-GBP45k This is a full time, permanent role, ideal for somebody who is looking to further their skills and develop their career with a market leading contractor. The responsibilities of this role include: Measuring works Submitting monthly applications to Client Overseeing and managing the submission of V.O #39;s, quotations or estimates to Client, ensuring that contract SOR rates are utilised wherever possible. Raising PO #39;s where required. Reconciling / validating internal material cost reports. Processing subcontract applications and payment recommendations.Ideal Candidate: 1 - 3 years #39; experience as a Commercial Admin / Trainee Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor in social housing planned maintenance Must have confident communications skills.
