Job Title: Teaching assistant Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire Salary: GBP85 - GBP100 per day, depending on your experience (competitive) Contract: Permanent, starting September Application deadline: 30th May 2024 Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. Help prepare teaching materials and resources. Support students during practical activities and excursions. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student progress.Requirements: Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
