Accessible via Public Transport TYPICAL DAY Ensuring the purchase ledger is accurate and up to date Entering invoices to Sage 50 Organising the monthly payment run Managing invoice approvals and dealing with general supplier queries Processing the weekly sub-contractor invoices expenses and dealing with general enquiries Managing regular sub-contractor compliance Distributing monthly CIS statements Managing project enquiries - producing cost reports, profit reports, cost reallocation and archiving projects Assisting with credit card reconciliations General bookkeeping and ad-hoc duties MUST HAVE Experience with Sage 50 CIS Experience Strong Excel Skills ??/??If you would like to have a quick conversation to discuss in further detail please get apply through this advert
