Job ndash; Partnerships Manager Salary ndash; GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 (Company Car provided) Location ndash; Covering the West Midlands Contract ndash; Permanent Summary Trigon Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Manager located in the Midlands. Key Responsibilities * Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy that ensures full geographical coverage * Undertake targeted stakeholder engagement, including representation of the business at external meetings, conferences and events aligned with the business growth strategy. * Identifying and creating local, regional and national partnerships that support high quality operational outcomes * Maintain effective communication with partners to ensure mutual understanding of business plans and strategies * Work with the business development team and operational teams to develop sustainable and meaningful partnerships that support development of bids, proposals and growth opportunities. * Facilitate co-design of new proposals with different stakeholders dependent on opportunity type * Support post tender negotiations and implementation as appropriate. * Develop and maintain specialist referral relationships with person-centred support services e.g. healthcare/skills * Engage with employers to identify new partnership opportunities * Contribute towards the development and maintenance of in-depth competitor/partnership analysis.
