First and foremost, we #39;re looking for a senior Java engineer with extensive experience working with the Java software ecosystem. The role does not involve #39;line management #39; as such, rather you #39;ll be driving projects forwards, mentoring and inspiring the team, encouraging them with best engineering practices etc. If you #39;re the type of engineer who enjoys being proactive, bringing new ideas and continuing to innovate then you are exactly what we #39;re looking for! What you #39;ll be doing: As a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead, you #39;ll be joining a dynamic engineering team and use your knowledge of engineering principles an programming to design, build and maintain highly scalable software products. You will develop high quality distributed system software, and drive forwards best practices, design patterns and engineering excellence within a team of highly experienced Java software engineers.
