Job Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our operations team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of homes covering Essex Norfolk, you will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents. Experience / Qualification: Practical experience of working in a regional role Have a valid, clean driving license and own transport which can be used for business purposes, business mileage will be paid.
