We #39;re on the hunt for a rock star Sales Administrator to join our client #39;s team in Hedge End and keep the sales admin ship sailing smoothly! - Competitive Salary - Monday - Friday - Flexible hours - 37.5 - 40 hours a week - Location - Hedge End What you #39;ll be doing? * Provide top-notch support to our Sales and Leasing Departments, making sure every deal is as smooth as butter. * Keep those deal files looking spick and span, following DVLA/AFRL and FCA guidelines like a pro. * Master the art of building killer relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. * Handle customer queries with finesse, leaving them grinning from ear to ear. * Help us conquer the world of industry-leading efficiency and cost control. Objectives; * Work side by side with their sales Manager, keeping them in the loop with any updates. * Keep their paperwork game strong - no document gets left behind on your watch! * Be the liaison between their team and the manufacturers, keeping the communication channels flowing. * Keep their customers in the loop about their orders, keeping their excitement levels sky-high! * Keep their sales processes in shipshape, sailing smoothly towards success! * Room to grow and shine like the star you are within their tight-knit, family-run team.
