The Opportunity As a Senior Planner within our dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will spearhead projects from conception to completion. Job Description - Develop, manage, and continually improve the construction program, adapting to project needs and external factors. - Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine project scopes and objectives. - Utilize industry-leading software and methodologies to create detailed plans, schedules, and progress reports. - Predict project bottlenecks, propose mitigation strategies, and adjust schedules in real-time to avoid delays. - Assist in the tender process, providing expert insights, and strategic planning prowess to win bids and propel the business forward. - Foster a data-driven approach, using KPIs and analytics to continually gauge project efficiency and team performance. - Mentor junior planners and cultivate a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the team. - Act as the lynchpin for communication between various departments, ensuring all team members understand their roles within the timeline.
