Senior Insurance Advisor Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch and Friday 08.45 - 4pm with an hour for lunch - total hours per week 36.25 Monday #39;s - Friday 36.25 hours per week Main duties of the role: #x25CF; Maximise the collection of debt for both rental and COI insurance from the Insurance Sector accounts that we supply to. #x25CF; Monitor debtors and days to ensure that they remain within agreed levels. #x25CF; To meet required targets. #x25CF; Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly billing is done in a timely and accurate fashion. #x25CF; Customer meetings as required. #x25CF; Build relationships with customers and the Sales Team. #x25CF; Have a detailed understanding of how your accounts work through the entire rental process and be a point of contact for your customers. #x25CF; Ensure queries received from the customer are dealt with in a timely manner. #x25CF; Provide up to date information relating to the accounts, for example aged debts and statements. Key skills and attributes required: #x25CF; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. #x25CF; Ability to make decisions. #x25CF; A positive, #39;can-do #39; approach. #x25CF; Stong Microsoft Excel skills. #x25CF; High level of organisation and planning. #x25CF; Proven Account Management experience.
