Site Manager Leading Local Builder GBP48k - GBP53k + Car Allowance and Package We are working with a leading local builder who specialise in the Education, Healthcare and Public Sector realm. They have asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to oversee their projects between Merseyside Lancashire. You #39;ll need to be a customer focussed Site Manager dedicated to completing works whilst maintaining good working relationships with clients. Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager, ideally holding experience managing projects up to circa GBP3m. You #39;ll need to hold your SMSTS First Aid - a CSCS card would be beneficial. Their workstreams are throughout Merseyside Lancashire so you #39;ll need to be able to commute on a daily basis. With a strong potential of follow on works, this company can provide stability.
