Strong understanding of scientific concepts and confidence in your ability to share this knowledge with KS3 and KS4 students. A clear communication style and a warm, approachable personality. Previous experience of working with students, or in a school setting, advantageous but not mandatory. The Role As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting teaching staff in the supporting of students aged 11-16 in both 1-2-1 and small group bases. You will monitor and track students progress in maths GCSE lessons and use this understanding to adapt learning materials to suit each individual student.
