Key duties will include:- Posting invoices and PO #39;s Posting credit card expenses Setting up new suppliers Processing of BACS Supplier statement reconciliation Journal postings Prime contact for Finance Communications. Ideally you will have the following experience: An understanding of finance systems Strong time management skills Good mathematical skills The ability to multitask Problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills Written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail The ability to deal with all members of an organisation A professional and friendly demeanour Working hours are (Apply online only) Monday - Thursday and 4pm on a Friday.
