As the Systems Owner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge electric drive systems for our vehicles. Responsibilities: Lead the development and integration of e-drive systems, ensuring their performance meets high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and test plans. Oversee system-level validation and calibration activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Manage the delivery of e-drive system projects within budget and time constraints. Stay up to date with industry advancements and emerging technologies related to e-drive systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and support problem-solving activities. Requirements: Bachelor #39;s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in e-drive systems development and integration. Strong understanding of electric vehicle architecture, power electronics, and electric machine technologies. Proficient in system-level modelling, simulation, and control techniques. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working Pattern: Full Time Contract Type: Permanent Salary: GBP55,000 per year Benefits: Competitive salary package.
