Accounts assistant

Accounts Assistant Up to GBP28,000 per annum Leeds We #39;re recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our construction client in Morley. This role is a fast paced opportunity where you #39;ll be responsible for your own set of accounts, as well as supporting with processing payroll. This is an office based role working on site at the Leeds office. What you #39;ll be doing - Responsibility for own set of supplier accounts, processing invoices, seeking authorisation, resolving queries and statement reconciliation. Reconciliation and processing of company invoices Checking and processing weekly staff labour wages through payroll Weekly subcontractor payment processing Prepare monthly payroll for review - including commission expense claims What we #39;re looking for - Previous experience within a fast paced accounts role including payroll AAT qualification is desirable but not essential Excellent IT skills including Excel Ability to manage your own workload effectively Works well as part of a team Salary - Up to GBP28,000 per annum depending on experience Hours of work - Full time, Monday to Friday office hours Interviews are taking place now for this role so if you #39;re interested, apply now and we #39;ll be in touch
