Site administrator

Our Client is a sub-contractor specializing in Civils projects. Committed to delivering excellence, they prioritize quality, efficiency, and professionalism in all there endeavours. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Site Administrator with document controller experience to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. Responsibilities: * Manage and control the flow of documentation within the organization. * Ensure all documents are accurately processed, logged, and distributed according to company procedures. * Maintain comprehensive records of all documents, including revisions and approvals. * Coordinate with various members of the team, doing everything to make sure the teams on site have what they need in order to do their jobs. * Support project teams in accessing and retrieving documents as needed. General admin duties. * Experience with Document Control Software such as Viewpoint, A-site would be advantagious. Requirements: * Experience as a Site administrator or similar role. * Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
