Personal Assistant (PA) Dudley Competitive Salary + Bonus + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + Extensive Employee Benefit Scheme + Company Events Monday to Friday 08:30 to 14:00. 27.5 Hours Per Week ARE YOU A PERSONAL ASSISTANT/PA WITH EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING AN MD OR CEO OF A BUSINESS? The role would suit applicants with previous experience as a PA or similar administrative/coordination role. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages. The main remit of your role will be to manage the CEO rsquo;s calendar, schedule meetings and organise appointments. You will be the first point of contact for the CEO, handling all inbound correspondence, phone calls and inquiries. You will be responsible for preparing, editing and distributing documents, reports and presentations when required as well as maintaining an accurate record/filing system. You will coordinate all travel inclusive of itineraries, accommodation and transport. Meeting preparation will be a big part of your role, setting agendas, taking minutes and following up on action plans.
