Part time administrator

Are you an Administrator looking for a part time temp role for the next 6 months in Borehamwood with hours that would suit you? My client is looking for a administrator to assist the EA to the Managing Director. This role will be 15 hours per week working Monday to Friday 3 hours per day ( for example 9am to 12pm or 10am to 1pm) My client is flexible with the hours worked. This is an on-site role. The hourly pay rate is GBP13.98. This is a temp role for up to 6 months. The duties would include but are not limited to: Email management Diary management Answering calls, redirecting calls and welcoming any visitors You will also need the following IT skills Advanced level of use in MS Outlook High standard of expertise in Word Highly developed use of communication tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, etc. Excellent spelling and grammar.
