As an Internal Controls Manager, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our financial interests and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective internal control policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risks. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control processes. Monitor key control indicators and report on any deviations or weaknesses. Stay updated on industry best practises and emerging trends in internal controls. Skills and Qualifications: A proven track record as an accountant with experience in internal controls. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Salary and Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from GBP55,000 to GBP65,000 depending on experience. Full-time permanent position. A supportive and inclusive work environment.
