Your new role * Working Mon - Fri, 37.5 hour week, covering a mobile portfolio of 11 residential and commercial sites in Nottingham (all within a small radius of each other) * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and breakdowns. * Domestic hot and cold water systems, temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, boilers, changing taps and showerheads, descaling, flushing, water hygiene and any other general building service duties. What you #39;ll need to succeed * Must hold ACS Gas tickets Plumbing Level 2 as a minimum. * Must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham region.
