Supervisor

Supervisor - Cornwall Our client, a busy maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Supervisor to look after domestic planned repairs work in Cornwall. Day to day: Supervising Trades Doing surveys Site Paperwork Reporting to the Contracts Manager Taking care of health and safety on site Requirements: Good maintenance management experience Experience managing all trades. Social housing experience would be beneficial. Refurbishment project experience (ideally residential) Excell and IT Literate Schedule of works experience This is really exciting permanent role for someone to grow their career as a Supervisor with a busy and reputable company, salary GBP(phone number removed) + van.
