Maintenance engineer

Key Responsibilities: * Maintenance Repair: Identify and perform necessary maintenance and repair tasks across the property, including physical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Operational Efficiency: Ensure all systems are in top operating condition, adhering to the highest standards for the maintenance and safe operation of tools and equipment. * Plant Checks: Conduct nightly plant checks, record findings, and communicate issues to departmental leaders. * Improvement Opportunities: Proactively identify engineering-related improvement opportunities throughout the property. * Guest Departmental Requests: Promptly respond to all guest and departmental repair requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Qualifications: * 3 ndash; 5 years of engineering experience. * Basic plumbing and electrical skills (supported by a qualified electrician). * Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and plant operations (AHUs, Boilers, Chillers, etc.). * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Positive attitude with the ability to build trusting relationships. * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts.
