A great opportunity to join a boutique Property Company based in a trendy area of South West London as their Property Manager. This is a specialist Property Management company ndash; not a high street estate agent, so the role is unique. Experience working as a Property Manager is essential for this role. Company Profile for the Property Manager: As a Property Manager in their team you will have hands on training from some of the most experienced people in the industry, and will be part of a 3 man team managing a portfolio of between 200+ properties. You will carry out your own inspections and have the opportunity to attend the properties when problems arise. You will be liaising frequently with the landlord, tenants and contractors. It is a very hands on position. Also after training you will be able to advise client on project development works for their portfolio ndash; so this can be a very consultative and client facing role. . Duties of the Property Manager: bull; Working in a team of 3 managing (Apply online only) properties bull; Carry out inspections bull; Deal with maintenance issues bull; Serve legal notices, section 21 rsquo;s and section 8 rsquo;s bull; Chase rent arrears bull; Deal with all change of occupancies bull; Maintain good relationships with all contractors bull; Keep landlords and tenants up to date throughout tenancy Character profile of the Property Manager: bull; Personable yet strong character bull; Willing to go above and beyond bull; Team player bull; Good communication verbally and written bull; Desire to learn and build a career within Property Management Package for the Property Manager: bull; Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm bull; Salary: Between GBP30,000 ndash; GBP33,000 basic with GBP2,000 bonus. bull; Free Gym membership at exclusive roof top Gym in SW London bull; Dress down working environment bull; Very social and close knit team. This is a role centred round managing a portfolio of Properties so the chosen Property Manager will need to demonstrate the ability to understand the property management process, be sociable and work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
