Requirements: * Previous personal/school experience working with children with ALN needs. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children #39;s education and personal development. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. * Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and health safety procedures. * DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
