Maintenance engineer

Are you an Electrically inclined Engineer who wants to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm for a base salary of up to GBP42000 per annum, plus overtime with earnings of GBP48000 and upwards achievable? Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Industry: Manufacturing Location: Crewe Benefits: 33 days holiday, company pension 5% employee and 3% employer. Overview: We now require an additional maintenance engineer to join the maintenance team. This will be a multi skilled role where both electrical and mechanical skills will be required. Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role: To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time. Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns PPM #39;s The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually: Knowledge of safety circuits, Invertors, how relays operate, speed control systems A mechanical understanding working with the likes of - gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics etc. Knowledge of PLC #39;s - fault finding and modifying - beneficial Electrically qualified - Must be able to present these at interview - minimum Level 3.
