IT Support Analyst - Entry Level/Junior Position - Derby Fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their first opportunity in IT Support! Salary up to 25k plus excellent benefits The role will be on-site near Derby, your own transport is required for this role (limited public transport on offer). As part of the service desk team, you will play a key part in providing an excellent level of customer service to internal users who need assistance with their IT Hardware Software. Working with the wider team, you will be responsible for providing initial technical support for any IT related issues. Ideally you will have a real passion to work in IT, particularly supporting end users - since there is excellent opportunities for career progression in the business. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role - since you will respond to users via email and phone. Training will be on offer in the role, however any previous training, experience or knowledge of IT would be highly desirable.
