Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) ndash; Property Services Experience Driving licence is essential! The Role: We are looking for an RLO to work with one of the UK rsquo;s leading property services companies. You must be compassionate and have experience within a background in property services, you will be working on a social housing decarbonisation fund which includes Retrofit ndash; EWI, IWI, windows and roofing based in Staines valued at GBP6m p/a. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact between residents and the construction/property services team. * Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable. * Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. * Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities. * Assist in organising and conducting resident meetings, forums, and events. * Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, and resolutions. * Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
