Responsibilities: * Recording all purchase orders and invoices accurately and efficiently. * Processing expenses in a timely manner. * Managing supplier ledgers and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. * Assisting in month-end activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks. * Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency. * Managing supplier payments effectively to ensure timely settlements. Requirements: * Previous experience in accounts payable essential. * Previous experience using SAP and/or Paprika software is advantageous. * Strong data analysis skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. * A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to review existing processes and implement improvements.
