Children #39;s Residential Team Leader Job Title: Children #39;s Residential Team Leader Location: North Warrington Salary: GBP26,644.80 to GBP27,190.80 per annum, plus GBP78 per sleep-in (average 8 sleeps per month, additional GBP7,488.00 per annum) Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a team in a 5-bedroom residential property. * Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people. * Ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met. * Lead by example, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. * Assist in the development and implementation of care plans. * Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: * Previous experience in a residential care setting. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts. * Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
