Job Opportunity: Head Chef Are you a passionate and creative culinary expert? Our Client based in Wilburton, Cambs is looking for a talented Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. middot; Working Hours: 7am-4pm - 5 days per week, every other Saturday off shift. middot; 28 days holiday middot; Onsite parking middot; GBP32.5K per annum Key Responsibilities: middot; Develop and execute a seasonal menu using fresh ingredients. middot; Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. middot; Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. middot; Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: middot; Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role. middot; Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends. middot; Excellent organizational and leadership skills. middot; Passion for sustainable and garden-to-table cuisine.
