Telesales executive

About Path2 Solutions: We rsquo;re a recruitment and training company based in Sunderland, Tyne Wear. We work with hundreds of colleges, training providers and employers throughout the UK. We have placed over 6000 people into employment over the previous two years, changing and transforming countless lives with long-term jobs. What you rsquo;ll be doing: Speaking with candidates that have applied to a job advert, understanding what they are looking for and supporting them via our many training options and employment opportunities: * Warm calling potential candidates/learners to build and maintain relationships with applicants and support them into employment. * Effectively communicate the benefits of our training programs and guide applicants through the booking process. * Conducting follow up calls to candidates that have applied for job roles giving course and interview information. * Keeping in touch with candidates during their training period and encouraging them to complete their employment course then supporting them into work via our employer network. Skills Required * Previous experience in telesales would be advantageous but not essential. * Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis * Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual. * Good computer skills * Excellent customer service skills * Previous experience working in Target driven environment with ability to succeed. * Punctual Presentable * Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills * Be able to show initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques. * Adaptable to change within the business needs.
