Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: 1. Bachelor #39;s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field. 2. Proven experience in bakery production and process optimization. 3. Strong knowledge of baking technologies, ingredients, and equipment. 4.
