Contract Support Mitcham My client is on the lookout for an experienced Contract Support administrator to join their growing team on a prestigious contract in South London. The desired candidate will have prior knowledge of Facilities Maintenance and the challenges that come with the industry. The Role * Providing first hand support to the client via email and phone calls * Liaise closely with site based colleagues, as well as head office staff, to provide an accurate process of Quotations and Purchase Orders in a professional and timely manner * Keep track of specific engineering teams to make sure they complete works on time and within budget * Raise and assign work orders * Allocate engineers in a timely manner to complete internal tasks, on time and in line with the scope of the project * Keep track of, and document accurately, all Health Safety paperwork in line with company policies Qualifications Experience * Efficient use of all Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint * GCSE #39;s in Maths English * Experience in a similar role Salary: GBP36,000 Length: Permanent Location: On Site
