Sales Office Manager Job type: Permanent Hours: Full-time Salary: GBP40-GBP45,000/annum Location: Carlisle We rsquo;re looking for an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of a unique and innovative business, specialising in the supply of materials to the construction industry. The role: Leading a busy sales team in achieving sales targets, business development and supporting overall business activities. Key Responsibilities * Achieving sales targets and profitability by delivering excellent customer service * Day to day management of the sales office team ensuring the department operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively in line with company values * Analysing sales performance, identifying trends and tracking performance against key metrics * Making data-driven recommendations for change, improvement and growth across the sales function * Collaborating with marketing and the wider team on sales lead generation and business development * Providing support, direction and management of the sales office team, ensuring that processes and procedures are followed * Support the sales office team with all sales related enquiries including product availability and lead-time, pricing and logistics queries * Conducting annual reviews and set personal objectives, with review dates to manage and evaluate performance and productivity * Motivating, training and developing the sales team as required, ensuring a training plan is in place for employees as part of the review process Requirements * Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets * Strong leadership and mentoring skills * A desire to build and maintain relationships * The ability to work in a busy office environment * Willingness to go the extra mile to meet business and customer demands * Full UK Drivers Licence Apply online today or call Jason on (phone number removed) for more details NXT Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
