The role is to commence as soon as possible and will last for three months, with the potential for extension Job Responsibilities: bull; Efficiently manage a private caseload with a focus on divorce, ancillary relief, and private children law matters. bull; Provide expert advice and representation to clients, ensuring high standards of legal service. bull; Draft, review, and manage legal documents and represent clients in court as required. bull; Work independently while also collaborating with the team to ensure all legal processes run smoothly. Candidate Profile: bull; Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with substantial experience in family law. bull; Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases involving divorce, ancillary relief, and children matters. bull; Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and drafting skills. bull; Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively.
