Quantity Surveyor Greater Manchester GBP50,000 + GBP60,000 per annum + car/allowance Housing The Opportunity A new Quantity Surveyor position has just been created by our client, a national housing company who pride themselves on their small but creative developments across the country. They take great pride in improving the city they are from! Working within a Quantity Surveying team you will be responsible for the commercial deliver of 2-3 sites, GBP1-5m in value. This role requires someone who likes having their own projects and working autonomously. The company are a successful organisation who have grown year on year and are looking to expand the number of sites they are delivering to service the gap in the housing market. If you do a good job progression opportunities will be available.
