Electrical site engineer

About the Role: middot;Corporate Offices Setting: Work in the heart of London #39;s prestigious West End, providing electrical maintenance and support to corporate offices within London. middot;3-Man Team Onsite: Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems. middot;Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with early/late shift options: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. middot;Call-Out Rota: Participate in a 1-3 week call-out rota with standby compensation of GBP75. middot;Generous Annual Leave: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year, up to a maximum of 28 days. middot;Employee Benefits: Access to a range of benefits including a Season Ticket Loan, Cycle to Work Scheme, Perkbox platform, Auto Enrolment Pension, Private Medical Insurance (including Dental, Optical, and Audio), and Death in Service coverage (Salary x 2) after probation. Day to Day Duties: middot;PPM, HV, UPS and AHU Electrical maintenance middot;Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner middot;Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve middot;Be proactive to ensure all H S issues are reported escalated as required. middot;Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues middot;Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client middot;Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency middot;Be fully aware of relevant Health Safety and general legislative matters Requirements: middot;Qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant experience. middot;Strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. middot;Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. middot;Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
