SITE MANAGER SE LONDON SALARY GBP50,000 - GBP65,000 O #39;Neill Brennan are working with a market-leading Developer based in London, who are recruiting for a Site Manager on one of their schemes. The mixed-use development will consist of up to 2000 units plus commercial space, with each phase consisting of up to 400 units. We are looking for a Site Manager who is able to present clearly how they control and manage health safety, quality control and sustainability as well as the normal running of their team on a large scale building site. You will be responsible for all internals on the phase. To be the successful candidate, you must have experience working on mixed-use developments for a Developer previously, and have experience predominantly managing internals.
