Key Responsibilities: bull; Develop and implement the letting strategy for the company. bull; Attract, retain, and build strong relationships with landlords and property owners. bull; Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. bull; Oversee marketing and advertising initiatives to attract tenants. bull; Negotiate and finalize letting agreements and rental terms. bull; Monitor rental property performance and recommend improvements. bull; Handle escalated client concerns and resolve disputes in a professional manner. bull; Stay updated on the local property market and industry trends. bull; Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management. Qualifications: bull; Proven experience in residential lettings management. bull; In-depth knowledge of the Edinburgh rental market and related regulations. bull; Strong leadership and team management skills. bull; Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. bull; Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. bull; Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management. bull; A valid driver #39;s license and access to transportation for property viewings.
