A leading consultancy based in Cambridge is on the lookout for an experienced Building Surveyor to strengthen their versatile team. The successful Building Surveyor #39;s role The chosen Building Surveyor will be instrumental in pioneering projects focused on sustainability, dedicated to developing approaches that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, ultimately lessening environmental impact. You #39;ll be working on a variety of schemes across the commericial, industrial, retail and office sectors, carrying out predominantly professional bias services including dilapidations, licenses to alter, ppm #39;s, surveys and party walls. The successful Building Surveyor will have? Ideally MRICS accredited. Should be degree qualified, preferably with an RICS-accredited background A minimum of 2 years #39; experience in a construction consultancy environment In depth experience of professional type services. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.In Return?
