Engineer supervisor

Position: Engineer Supervisor Location: Liverpool Street Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 Job Description: Exciting Opportunity for an Engineer Supervisor Are you an Engineer Supervisor with a passion for problem-solving, keeping commercial buildings in top shape and have experience with supervising a team? Key Responsibilities: * Supervise four engineers and one apprentice to an effective level to maintain high standards of performance at all times. * Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Management of client relationship on a daily basis. * Manage agreed KPI and SLA rsquo;s, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met. * Be responsible for managing the company rsquo;s H S and environmental performance on site. * Be responsible for managing the company rsquo;s quality procedures on site. * Ensure that the site has adequate resource both labour and material to allow BS to complete contractual obligations. * Assist with employee succession and recruitment when authorised by senior management. * Effectively manage employee absenteeism. * Assist in the preparation of all reports required by either client or BS management team. * Represent CPM at all client meetings, as directed by line manager. * Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase revenue. What we are looking for: * A fully qualified engineer with a track record of excellence and all the necessary certifications. * A thirst for knowledge and a keen interest in commercial building systems ndash; Electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, alarm systems, you name it! * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations. * Excellent communication skills and a knack for working collaboratively with others and leading a team.
