This long-term contract has the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be teaching Health and Social Care across Key Stages 3 and 4, with ample time allocated for planning and marking. The school is looking for someone with strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management, and a positive approach to teaching and relationship-building. This role is ideal for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. The school is also open to considering unqualified or non-specialist teachers with relevant experience in teaching Health and Social Care at KS3 and KS4. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons that facilitate understanding of the subject and its real-world applications. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students. Assess students #39; progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities.
